Elke Richter
Co-Founder - Head Of OperationsElke Richter is the Founder of Skin Inspired and Next Level Aesthetics, and a highly respected mentor within the skin and aesthetics industry.
An ABIA Director of the Year award recipient, Elke has also been recognised for Best in Clinic Training, reflecting her commitment to excellence in leadership and education. With extensive experience as a clinic owner and distributor, Elke brings deep, practical industry insight and a strong understanding of what it takes to build sustainable, high-performing businesses.
She is passionate about elevating professional standards, mentoring clinic owners, and supporting long-term industry growth through practical leadership, consistency, and integrity.
Laura Smyth
Co-Founder - Head Of EventsLaura Smyth is a beauty industry leader with nearly 20 years of experience building businesses, developing teams and creating opportunities for others. As Founder and Salon Director of Lush Skin & Body, she has grown the business from its beginnings in Melbourne to an award-winning Perth salon.
Laura founded The Beauty & Aesthetic Network (TBAN) to bring beauty and aesthetic professionals together through education, connection and shared learning. Now, as Co-Founder and Director of WASSABA, she is helping create a platform that recognises the talent and achievements of Western Australia’s beauty, skin, spa and aesthetics industries.
A speaker, educator and mother of two, Laura is passionate about leadership, business growth and supporting the people shaping the future of the industry.
