Entering the WASSABA Awards is a guided, considered process designed to be clear and accessible.

How to Apply

To begin your WASSABA Awards entry, click the Apply Now button.

Step 1 — Create Your Account

Register using your email address to create your WASSABA profile on the awards platform.
You’ll receive a verification code to securely activate your account and gain access to the application portal.

Step 2 — Select Your Category & Build Your Entry

Choose the award category that best represents your business or professional expertise, then begin completing your submission.
You can save your progress at any time, allowing you to return later and refine your responses before submitting.

Step 3 — Review & Submit

Carefully review your application to ensure it reflects the highest standard of your work, achievements, and professionalism.
Once complete, submit your entry for evaluation by the WASSABA judging panel.

Step 4 — Judging Process

Your submission will then be reviewed as part of the official WASSABA Awards judging process.
We look forward to recognising and celebrating excellence within the Western Australian skin, spa, aesthetics and beauty industry.

Nominate a WA Industry Professional or Business

The nomination process is designed to recognise outstanding businesses and professionals across Western Australia

Important to Know…

Submitting a nomination does not automatically enter someone into the awards or mean they have won.
A nomination is simply a way to recommend a business, sole trader, clinic, or therapist that you believe deserves recognition and should apply for the WASSABA Awards.
Once nominated, the business or professional will be notified and invited to complete their official awards application.

Who Can Be Nominated?

You can nominate:

  • Sole traders

  • Clinics or salons

  • Therapists or practitioners

  • Beauty, skin, wellness, aesthetics or spa professionals based in Western Australia

  • Yes. Entry fees help cover judging, administration and the delivery of the awards program.


    Fees are listed clearly at the time of submission and apply per category entered.

  • Yes! Eligible entrants may submit entries into multiple categories, provided each entry meets the criteria and includes the required supporting information.

  • All entries are reviewed by an independent panel of industry judges using a standardised scoring framework.


    Judging is based on:

    • Defined category criteria

    • Evidence provided

    • Professional standards

    • Outcomes and impact

    Judges declare conflicts of interest and will recuse themselves where required.

  • Judges are respected professionals from across the skin, aesthetics and beauty industry, selected for their expertise, experience and integrity.
    The full judging panel will be announced closer to the judging period.

  • Yes. All submissions are treated as confidential and are reviewed solely for judging purposes.
    WASSABA uses structured scoring rubrics to ensure fairness, consistency and transparency across all categories.

  • Being shortlisted is a significant achievement in itself. All finalists receive recognition through WASSABA’s marketing channels and at the awards event.

    WASSABA is also about community, empowerment and continuous improvement - so although you may not have won this year, we know you will have made some wonderful connections, have been inspired by others and have learnt a thing or two that you can implement to improve your business.

  • Key dates are published on the WASSABA website and shared via email and social channels.

    • Finalists: Announced prior to the gala event

    • Winners: Revealed live at the WASSABA Gala - October 2026

  • Attendance is encouraged but not mandatory.


    If a winner is not present, the award will still be announced and recognition provided.
